Quality Inn & Suites Hermosa Beach Completes $2.2 Million Renovation
Quality Inn & Suites Hermosa Beach, located between Southern California’s acclaimed Manhattan and Redondo Beaches, has unveiled a $2.2 million renovation, featuring refreshed guest rooms, an expanded and enhanced lobby, and updated outdoor amenities designed to reflect a brighter more coastally inspired guest experience.
Owned by Overseas Beach Property LLC, and operated by Parable Hospitality, the hotel now features a refreshed exterior featuring a clean, modern palette that better reflects the vibrant coastal energy of Hermosa Beach, bringing a modern update to the highly trafficked block. Updated exterior design elements now create a welcoming first impression for guests and better reflect the updated experience waiting inside. Project construction was overseen by Mars Construction.
Inside, the newly redesigned spaces, imagined by Southern California-based design firm Cadiz Collaboration, reflect a vision focused on creating spaces that feel bright, purposeful, and connected to Hermosa Beach’s laid-back atmosphere. Common areas feature a brighter color palette of muted blue and sandy tones inspired by the nearby Pacific Coast. A reconfigured lobby encourages guests to linger rather than pass through with the addition of contemporary couches, chairs, and tables, creating a comfortable gathering place for relaxing, socializing, or impromptu meetings.
All 68 guestrooms and suites received floor-to-ceiling updates, featuring the same serene coastal color palette reflected in the updated common areas. Each room was outfitted with new flooring, linens and textiles. Additionally, new furnishings and finishes and the addition of soaking tubs now create an enhanced and more comfortable guest experience.
Hotel guests will now enjoy upgraded amenities adding value to their stays. The refreshed breakfast and dining area creates a more open and inviting atmosphere for guests to enjoy the hotel’s complimentary hot breakfast. Outdoor seating was redesigned with umbrellas that allow in more natural light while enhancing views and the breezy coastal setting. Finally, recognizing the hotel’s proximity to Hermosa Beach, the renovation also introduced a new outdoor shower, offering guests a convenient place to rinse off after a day in the sand or before unwinding in the relaxing hot tub.
