The Berkeley Richmond, Outset Collection by Hilton will offer a standout dining experience at Parlor Bistro, the new restaurant helmed by local couple Adam and Luong Betz. Parlor Bistro will serve American comfort foods with Vietnamese flair. Guests can enjoy a pork banh mi served on a baguette made with rice flour, along with salads, soups and more.  Parlor Bistro will offer morning coffee service utilizing coffee beans sourced from Vietnam, along with breakfast and lunch. Dinner service is expected to be added in the coming months.
