Set along a prime stretch of oceanfront on Collins Avenue, the property commands one of Miami Beach’s most desirable beachfront locations, offering direct access to the sand and sweeping, unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Miami skyline. Located within Miami Beach’s luxury hotel corridor, the property sits moments from the area’s celebrated dining, nightlife and cultural institutions.
Rising 20 stories above Collins Avenue, the hotel’s transformation, led by Reuben Brothers, will pair Waldorf Astoria’s signature elegance, intuitive service and sense of occasion with the dynamic energy, cultural heritage and coastal allure of Miami Beach. Designed by Avenue Interior Design, the transformed Waldorf Astoria Miami Beach will introduce a distinctive collection of art, signature experiences and amenities. Guests will enjoy:
- 348 newly refreshed suites, among the most spacious in the market, all with ocean views, balconies and a refined, contemporary aesthetic
- A reimagined arrival experience, including a new lobby and Peacock Alley, the brand’s signature gathering place for guests and locals alike
- A new food and beverage program led by world-class culinary talent
- A newly curated spa and wellness experience, complemented by an enhanced fitness center

- Revitalized event spaces for private gatherings, celebrations and social occasions
Miami Beach stands among the world’s most iconic destinations, known for its oceanfront glamour, cultural vibrancy and enduring global appeal. The debut of Waldorf Astoria in Miami Beach reflects both Reuben Brothers' commitment to investing in iconic addresses and transformative restorations, and Hilton's continued expansion of its luxury portfolio in the world's most sought-after destinations, following the partnership’s recent launch of the investment in the historic Waldorf Astoria London - Admiralty Arch.
Waldorf Astoria Miami Beach will participate in Hilton Honors, the award-winning guest-loyalty program and will join Waldorf Astoria’s global portfolio of 40 iconic properties located in the world’s most sought-after destinations, including the forthcoming Waldorf Astoria Miami slated to open in Downtown Miami in 2028. The hotel further strengthens Hilton’s expanding footprint in Florida, where more than 520 properties across the state currently welcome guests.
