• Villa King: A single refined room aimed straight at the coastline with a private terrace.
• Villa Suite: A one-bedroom with its own living space, real lounge seating, and a dedicated space for light dining and entertaining.
• Villa Residence: Two- and three-bedroom homes built for a family, some with private pools, all with the indoor-outdoor expanse the others promise.

Two pools anchor the property. The Sequence Pool curves like a wave caught at the break, framing the bay and Mermaid’s Chair. By the sand, the Legacy Pool invites you to slow down and let the afternoon unfold. The spa offers three treatment rooms including a couple’s suite, a hot tub, and relaxation space indoors and out. A fitness center and a yoga pavilion sit side by side.

Named for the island's national flower, Ginger Thomas offers fine dining that celebrates Caribbean flavors through a contemporary culinary lens. A boutique and a coffee shop serve specialty coffee, light bites, grab-and-go, and beach picnics built to order.

From oceanfront lawns and historic stone ruins to secluded beaches, poolside terraces and intimate dining venues, every celebration unfolds in a different corner of The Botany. Sustainability you can see

The Botany runs on the sun for most of the year, pulling almost entirely off solar and pulling away from the island grid. Goats graze beneath the solar panels and keep the brush down, which means fewer machines and a healthier patch of land. Every villa and public building is designed to catch and store its own rainwater. The systems work together to reduce environmental impact while supporting a consistently seamless guest experience.

The commitment to reuse extends beyond infrastructure. Reclaimed material turns up in the signage and the details you touch.
