• Gastronomy: Two acclaimed chefs lead the culinary program. Award-winning Chef Mauricio Giovanini, Michelin-starred at Restaurante Messina in Marbella, brings HAYACA to Cancún as its first permanent home. Born as a summer pop-up at Amàre Marbella and Amàre Ibiza, the Latin American and Mediterranean fusion concept reinterprets the flavors of Mexico, Peru, Argentina and Brazil. Chef Jordi Cantó, who holds a Michelin star and a Repsol Sun at Sa Clastra, created the concepts for VITA and BLANC and designed the exclusive menu at LA CAVA, the resort’s signature culinary space.
• Mexican Cuisine: Curator and Mexican cuisine expert Paloma Ortiz guides the resort’s Mexican culinary program, grounding the experience in the flavors and traditions of the destination.
• Drinks: Salmon Guru co-founder Diego Cabrera, a World's 50 Best Bars honoree, signs the cocktail program. Mezcal World Ambassador Elisa Villarreal leads an on-site mezcal and tequila program, and fifth-generation sommelier Meritxell Falgueras curates the wine list and the sunset and dinner tastings.
• Coffee: Spanish Barista Champion Adrián Fernández designs the menu at RITUAL, the lobby coffee house.
• Music: Ibiza-born DJ, producer and music curator Anna Tur leads Amàre Music. From her roots as a resident DJ in Ibiza to an established international career, she has performed at some of the world’s leading clubs and electronic music festivals. Resident DJs shape the day, from ambient sets at breakfast and deep house by the pool to sunset sets on the rooftops and live and DJ programming after dark.
• Amàre Art: Contemporary artists across a range of disciplines rotate through the lobby, restaurants and tower hallways. A new collection arrives each cycle, so returning guests never see the same resort twice.

Dining, Wellness and The One

• Seven restaurants: Beyond HAYACA, the lineup includes VITA, an Italian table; BLANC, a French brasserie; SAORI, a Japanese rooftop restaurant on the 29th level, where the sushi bar is led by Carlos Navarro, a top-five finisher at the World Sushi Cup, and home to TEPPAN, a teppanyaki show cooking experience; LA CAVA, an intimate signature dining room featuring Jordi Cantó’s exclusive menu; and MARE NOSTRUM, a Mediterranean-inspired international buffet serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
