Stella Huang Huei-Feng has over a decade of experience in the hotel industry in her native Taiwan, including assisting in the opening and managing the exclusive hot spring resort Villa 32. Villa 32 was subsequently voted on Conde Nast Traveler's 2006 Hot List of the world's top new hotels. It was the only Taiwan hotel not managed by an international chain to be ranked. A graduate of The National Taiwan University and Switzerland's prestigious Hotel Management School 'Les Roches', she began her hospitality career as an apprentice with Movenpick in Geneva and Lausanne. On returning to Taiwan, she worked for seven years at the Grand Formosa Regent Taipei, rising from banquet sales executive to director of catering. Outside the hotel industry, she also worked as director of programmes for the American Chamber of Commerce in Taipei, and Taiwan brand manager of high-end New York cosmetic company, Chantecaille.
