As Executive Vice President, Shindler will oversee the global development function for hotel and casinos, as well as the strategic and day-to-day management of the existing assets within the brand's current licensed and franchised portfolio and any new assets derived from the growth of the portfolio. Joining Hard Rock in mid-February, Shindler has been the president and CEO of Four Corners Advisors, Inc., a Chicago-based hotel consulting and advisory firm. Shindler brings almost 25 years of senior experience in the hospitality industry, including positions as Chair of the Board of Directors of Hyatt Gaming Management; Vice President, Development and Asset Management of Las Vegas Sands, Inc.; Senior Vice President, Development for Global Hyatt Corporation; Vice President of Development of RockResorts International, LLC; and Vice President of Development, Americas, for Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.
