Prior to Black Point Inn, Hynes served as the Executive Chef at the Spruce Point Inn in Boothbay, Maine and worked at high-end resort destinations such as the Chatham Bars Inn in Cape Cod and the Palm Beach Country Club and The Breaker’s Hotel in Florida.
