Replacing Tom Segesta – who, after eight years in Austin, recently transferred to take over as General Manager of The Ritz-Carlton Chicago, A Four Seasons Hotel – Rob Hagelberg was most recently Hotel Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village, California. Rob has enjoyed a distinguished career with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, spanning nearly two decades. He first joined the company in Palm Beach, Florida in the fall of 1993 as Front Desk Manager. During his six years in Florida he held a variety of jobs culminating in the position of Director of Rooms. Over the next seven years, Rob took on roles of increasing responsibility within the company – including positions in Houston, Boston and Scottsdale, Arizona – before joining the pre-opening team in Westlake Village in the summer of 2006. Under his leadership as Hotel Manager, Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village garnered the coveted AAA Five Diamond award after its first year of operation, an honour achieved by very few hotels.
