HVSCC is the investment banking division of HVS, the leading global hospitality consulting and services firm. The core areas of service at HVSCC are financing, investment sales, capital advisory, and the Special Hospitality Assets Group, focusing on the full-service, resort, extended-stay, limited-service, fractional ownership, and golf sectors. Sipple, who will be based in the firm’s Denver headquarters office, is one of the foremost experts in the hospitality industry, with 30 years of experience in hotel finance, development, branding, valuation, and operations. He succeeds Michael Sullivan as Managing Director. Sullivan will remain with HVSCC as a director responsible for the origination of debt, equity, and investment sales engagements.
