Calvin Belknap has been named Resort Manager at The Omni Mount Washington Resort

Calvin Belknap
Following five years as Executive Director of Food & Beverage - during which the resort achieved AAA Four-Diamond status and the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence for the Dining Room and the Bretton Arms Dining Room - Belknap is now responsible for all daily operations at the storied mountain retreat. Belknap's expertise is reflective of his vast experience at top resorts and a myriad of accolades earned throughout his career. He first joined the Mount Washington Resort in 1992 as Executive Sous Chef before heading to warmer climates to take on the roles of Executive Chef in Florida. Belknap ultimately accepted the position of Corporate Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage for Colonial Williamsburg and The Williamsburg Inn in Virginia. In 2001, the Dining Room at The Williamsburg Inn was named one of the best restaurants by Distinguished Restaurants of North America, and received the National Restaurant Association Award of Excellence for Service, Wine and Food, the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence and an AAA Four-Diamond Rating.
