Previously, Mueller was General Manager of the Hotel Sandos Caracol in Playa del Carmen, Mexico and the Riu Palace Las Americas in Cancun, and also managed the Hotel Riu Palace Mexico in Playa del Carmen. He is a two-time recipient of the TUI Holly Award and TUI’s Top 10 and Top 5 Best All-Inclusive Resorts Award, The Caribbean Gold Coast Award 2011 and the Crystal and Golden Apple Awards from Apple Vacations. He is fluent in English, Spanish and German.
