Schwarting joins the Hampton Inn Hartford-Airport hotel from Hampton Inn Coventry, also owned by Buffalo Lodging, where he had worked for the past year as a front desk associate and, most-recently, as a front desk supervisor. Zach’s previous experience includes time as a club chef for Gillette Stadium, and four years as a cake decorator and supervisor at Veronica’s Sweetcakes in Marshfield, Mass. Zach is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University, where he earned a degree in Sports Entertainment and Event Management. He also holds an associate's degree in Culinary Arts from Massasoit Community College. He currently resides in Pembroke, Mass.
