Most recently Dumas held the position of General Manager at the Marriott Residence Inn and Hilton Homewood Suites in Mont-Tremblant. Prior to taking on her GM role in Mont-Tremblant in 2009, Geneviève held various positions within Fairmont Hotels & Resorts such as Director of Operations and Interim General Manager at the Fairmont Empress in Victoria, as well as the Interim General Manager, Director of Operations, Rooms Division Manager, Executive Housekeeper, Sales Manager and F&B Manager over the course of her 12 years stint at Fairmont Tremblant. This MBA graduate from UQAM (University of Quebec in Montreal) has gained valuable skills over the past two decades, working for airlines and restaurants, both in Canada and internationally including two years in the Middle East - Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
