Yann Marteau has been recently appointed director of business development for Athenee Palace Hilton Bucharest. He will report to Linda Griffin, general manager of Athenee Palace Hilton, and will be responsible for the sales and revenue strategy of this hotel.
Previously, Yann Marteau held the position of director of sales and marketing at a luxury hotel in Indonesia. With 11 years of experience, Marteau’s career in hospitality started in Dubai with the Jumeirah group, commencing at the Emirates Towers Hotel and continuing to the Burj Al Arab.
Athenee Palace Hilton Bucharest was built in 1914, and currently has 272 rooms, and 11 conference rooms. The hotel posted a turnover of around EUR 11.8 million last year.
