Olivier has more than 35 years of experience in hotel industries and was in the position of General Manager for over 10 years at various well known hotels and resorts such as the Accor Group in Hanoi Vietnam, Indonesia, New Caledonia Gambia and Thailand. Olivier began his career with Centara Hotels and Resorts as the General Manager of Centara Grand Beach Resort and Spa Sokhna in Egypt. Prior to joining Chen Sea Resort and Spa Phu Quoc, Centara Boutique Collection, he was General Manager of Khum Phaya Resort & Spa, Centara Boutique Collection. Chen Sea Resort & Spa Phu Quoc is a beachfront resort set in a tranquil bay on the island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. Conveniently located 15 minutes away from Phu Quoc Airport, the resort is designed to integrate fully with the natural environment of the bay and its surrounding coastal zone.
