As director of sales, Robert Harter will oversee the sales team and group business for the hotel. Harter joins L'Auberge from La Costa Resort and Spa where he served as Associate Director of Group Sales for nearly six years. Prior to that, Harter spent nine years at Ranch Bernardo Inn working his way up from food & beverage manager to associate director of group sales.
