Claudine Flores has been named Director of Group Sales at Four Seasons Resort Lanai

Flores, originally from Paris, France, makes the move to Hawaii from Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley at East Palo Alto, where she served as director of sales for the 200-room luxury hotel. While at Silicon Valley, she achieved the coveted Four Seasons President’s Club status for exceeding her annual goal by 122 percent. Prior to joining Four Seasons, Flores held various sales manager positions with Joie de Vivre Hotels and Stanford Park Hotel in northern California. Flores is a graduate of the French American International School in San Francisco, where she earned an International Baccalaureate degree in Education. Her further studies at the University of California at Santa Cruz earned her a Bachelor of Arts degree in Language Studies. Raised in both Paris and Madrid, Flores is fluent in French and Spanish and is an avid traveller. When not collecting stamps on her passport, she enjoys spending time with her husband, hiking and riding motorcycles. Flores looks forward to many Hawaiian adventures, including swapping her snowboard for a stand-up paddleboard.
