Mr. Mandiratta has been with the IHG for over 2 years and has more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry with significant expertise in the hotel operations, across the reputed hotel brands like Hilton, Marriott and Carlson hotels. He has held various senior management positions in his previous assignments like Front Office Manager, Director Rooms, Resident Manager and Hotel Manager. Nalin is a progressive thinker and believes in ‘Management by Objectives and Motivation’. He truly believes in participative and open form of leadership, with emphasis on providing work environment conducive to team building and continuous development of coworkers, empowering people with knowledge and responsibilities, recognizing and developing the deserving team members, adhering to ethical business practices, building strong customer relations and keeping pace with industry trends, in essence, building Bonds, Brand and Business. Nalin finds immense challenge in the unique characteristics of the hospitality industry of intangibility, heterogeneity, perishability and inseparability. He holds a diploma in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition, Bangalore and BA (Bachelor of Arts) degree from the Delhi University.
