Mr. Didier Gourmaud has been appointed General Manager of the U Agathis Pecatu Bali hotel, effective 18 July 2012. Didier, a native of France, has a wealth of experience working in Asia, Europe and the Middle East with many established international hotel chains including InterContinental and Hilton. He started his career in the food and beverage department and has held many positions that involved professional expertise and management skills, including executive chef, food and beverage director and executive assistant manager in charge of food and beverage. Prior to his new assignment as the general manager of U Agathis Pecatu Bali, he was resident manager at the InterContinental in Muscat, Oman.
