Andrew Cooper has been appointed Executive Chef at Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe, joining the team from the Resort’s sister property, Four Seasons Resort Hualalai at Historic Ka’upulehu. With more than 20 years of experience around the globe, Cooper’s diverse resume includes a wealth of culinary expertise in a variety of cuisine styles. A graduate of the esteemed Culinary Institute of America, Cooper brings more than 12 years of Four Seasons experience to his new role as Executive Chef at Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado. Cooper’s most recent appointment was Executive Sous-Chef at the Hualalai property. Prior to that, he was the opening Senior Sous-Chef at Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village, in Southern California. He also served as Sous-Chef at Four Seasons Hotel New York.
