Marco Torre has been appointed as Executive Sous Chef at Park Hyatt Saigon

With 14 years of extensive culinary experience, Park Hyatt Saigon is pleased to announce the appointment of Marco Torre as the new Executive Sous Chef in charge of the Italian restaurant, Opera, and the Events Kitchen. From Sanremo, Italy, Chef Marco began his culinary career working in a number of Michelin-star restaurants throughout different regions of Italy, from Garda Lake to Porto Cervo. Starting as a Commis de Cuisine, Chef Marco worked his up way up to Sous Chef de Cuisine, honing his craft and earning his reputation for refined Italian food and professionalism within his cooking domain. Chef Marco's goal is to maintain Park Hyatt Saigon’s position as the premier and most innovative destination for dining in Ho Chi Minh City. In leading the highly competitive market for restaurants in Saigon, outside catering and banquet service, his experience will lead to new creations and continue the hotel’s commitment to culinary excellence.
