Ramon J. Da Silva has been appointed as Area Director of Finance at InterContinental Hotels of San Francisco

Da Silva brings thirty years of experience in accounting and finance to the position, and will work with both the InterContinental San Francisco and the InterContinental Mark Hopkins San Francisco. Da Silva holds degrees in Accounting and Economics from the Letran College of the Philippines, and in his early career he spent six years with PKF, an international Certified Public Accounting (CPA) firm working in the San Francisco office and a local firm in Hong Kong. He later spent twelve years with Hotel Nikko, San Francisco where he held several positions including Controller and Deputy General Manager. Since then, Da Silva has excelled in a number of financial and business roles with hotels in the Bay Area including the Westin Hotel SFO, Clarion Hotel SFO, Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts America, and San Francisco Marriott Fisherman’s Wharf, among others. He was most recently the Director of Finance for the Claremont Resort, Club and Spa in Berkeley, CA.
