Most recently, Peros was Sales Manager for the hotel but his hotel career includes positions as a Housekeeping Manager for Grand Wailea Resort Hotel and Spa and Property Operations Manager with Starwood Hotels where he was part of the reopening team at the Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa. Born and raised Maui, Peros graduated from St. Anthony High School and earned a B.B.A in Marketing at Southern Oregon University. In addition to participating in hotel and community activities, Peros is on the Board of Directors for the Kiwanis Club of Maui. He is also a Lector and Eucharistic minister for St. Anthony Church in Wailuku
