Benchmark Hospitality International, a leading U.S.-based hospitality management company, has named Randall Obrecht general manager for Sorrento Hotel, a Personal Luxury Resorts & HotelsSM property located in Seattle, Washington. James Simkins, Chief Operating Officer Personal Luxury Resorts & Hotels, made the announcement. Randall Obrecht joined Sorrento Hotel in 2011 as director of food & beverage. Previous to this he was the general manager of Palisade, Seattle's iconic waterfront restaurant. He has also served as director of food & beverage for Savor, the food services company which services McCaw Hall, home to the Seattle Ballet and Opera.
