Novotel Citygate Hong Kong is pleased to announce the appointment of Luke Harris as Resident Manager. In his new capacity, Luke will oversee the hotel day-to-day operations and focus on driving service and performance excellence. With vast experience in the industry, working in Australia, New Zealand and Greater China, Luke’s first exposure to ACCOR began 7 years ago in 2005, working for Sofitel Melbourne in Australia. Since then, he has held various senior management positions for ACCOR with the most recent posting being, Mission General Manager responsible for the successful opening of Pullman Anshan Time Square.
