Hotel valuation and management consultancy HVS London has announced that associate director Sophie Perret is to be appointed directors of the company. Sophie Perret joined the Madrid office of HVS in 2003 before transferring to London in 2006. She is a graduate of Ateneo de Estudios Terciarios in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and received her MBA from IMHI-Essec in Paris. She is scheduled to complete an MSc in Real Estate Investment and Finance at the Henley Business School, Reading University, later this year. Perret is responsible for hotel feasibility studies and valuations throughout Europe with a particular focus on France and Africa.
