Born and raised in Prague, Tomas’s interest in wine started nine years ago while working as a bartender. “I always found wines more interesting than cocktails. You never stop learning, with so many varieties to choose from and taste. It is an ongoing process of gaining knowledge and I just love it,” expresses Tomas. Tomas is a great sportsman, he enjoys spending his time outdoors playing football or jogging. Being a foodie at heart, he loves trying new restaurants in the city and for the ultimate relaxation a bottle of Barolo wine with friends sums up a perfect day. “I spend most of my vacations traveling around wineries. I really admire work and production of Castello di Verrazzano from Tuscany and Colterenzio from Alto Adige.”
