In Vietnam, Mark Eletr has been appointed the new general manager of Anantara Mui Ne Resort & Spa as part of a strategic direct GM swap. Mr Eletr has left the position of general manager of Anantara Rasananda Koh Phangan Villa Resort & Spa. Mr Eletr is an Australian-born civil engineer, where he worked in Sydney before beginning his hospitality career in 1996. Mr Eletr has worked in a number of positions covering various aspects of hospitality including a period with Carnival Cruises. Prior to his most recent position of general manager at Antantara in Koh Phangan, Mr Eletr carried out the role general manager at the five-star Bedarra Island Resort in Australia’s Great Barrier Reef. Mr Eletr leaves his position in Australia to join Anantara Mui Ne Resort & Spa in Vietnam.
