Hendrik comes to Grosvenor House Apartments by Jumeirah Living with a wealth of experience across the luxury hotel and travel sector. For the past 15 years, Hendrik has held pivotal leadership roles across many international hotels including Nikko Hotel International, Steigenberger Hotels and Resorts, The Dorchester Collection, Hilton Hotels and Resorts and Kempinski. Most recently, Hendrik has trained and directed large teams in his front of house and front of office management roles at Claridge’s, The May Fair Hotel, London Hilton on Park Lane and Kempinski’s flagship, Hotel Adlon. Before joining Grosvenor House Apartments by Jumeirah Living, Hendrik was Executive Assistant Manager of Aviator, TAG Group’s luxury design hotel in Farnborough, Hampshire. Hendrik joins General Manager Astrid Bray and her team at Grosvenor House Apartments by Jumeirah Living and will be tasked with further enhancing the residence’s unique guest experience.
