Scott H. Lewis has been appointed CIS Regional Managing Director by Signature Europe, part of Signature Worldwide. Signature is one of the largest providers of customer service training to hotels, casinos, call centers and other service industry employers. He will be responsible for working with the companys clients throughout the CIS to assess needs, arrange training and help build stronger, more effective customer service teams.
Lewis has significant experience designing and delivering educational programs, including two years as adjunct college faculty member in the United States and eight years developing and delivering training to corporate clients in Ukraine, Russia and Turkey. He comes to Signature from Willar d, an integrated marketing and communications company, where as executive vice-president he lead Willard Leadership Training division. He will remain with Willard as a creative and training consultant.
