Modern luxury hotel, Langham Place, Mongkok, Hong Kong has promoted Janet Yeung to the position of Director of Intellectual Capital & Quality. Janet has over 10 years of successful business experience with a passion for excellence in management and a focus on human resources management. She is also an active member of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resources Management (HKIHRM). Prior to joining Langham Place Hotel, Janet worked at a leading listed engineering company, where she managed the full spectrum of human resources management and administration of the group. In her new role at Langham Place Hotel, Janet will manage the hotel’s human resources, including recruitment and retention, compensation and benefits, performance management and training and development. In 2012, Janet led her team to win the HKIHRM HR Excellence Award in Sourcing and Staffing, as well as the Grand Award of the Year.
