A long-time and cherished manager with PARKROYAL Hotels & Resorts, Mark has previously helmed PARKROYAL hotels in Penang and Singapore. Known for his drive for performance excellence and personable leadership style, Mark has close to 20 years of hotel management experience in Australia, Malaysia and Singapore. Mark spent the last decade in Asia, serving as General Manager of PARKROYAL Penang Resort in Malaysia, Pan Pacific Orchard, Singapore and most recently, PARKROYAL on Beach Road in Singapore. Under his leadership, these hotels yielded strong financial returns and achieved commendable customer satisfaction standards.
