Sue Finlay joins the Sheraton Park Tower from the Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa in Edinburgh where she worked for 22 years, most recently as the Director of Sales & Marketing, a role she held for the past 12 years. Sue played a key role in the re-launch and repositioning of the hotel in 2012 following its multi-million pound refurbishment. As Hotel Manager, Sue will now oversee all operations at the 280-room Sheraton Park Tower in London which is set to re-launch in June 2013 as The Park Tower Knightsbridge, a Luxury Collection hotel, London, following a complete refurbishment to its public areas. Her responsibilities will include the hotel’s award-winning restaurant, One-O-One, renowned for being one of the best fish restaurants in London, as well as the hotel’s bar, lounge and meeting facilities.
