Arthur Ho's 11 year career with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is marked with a series of hotel openings in the Greater China region. He joined the company in 2002 as Director of Rooms with the company's first foray into China in Puxi, Shanghai. He joined Hong Kong's high-profile opening in 2005. Two years later, Arthur once again packed his bags for another pre-opening stint, this time in the position of Hotel Manager for the new property in Macau prior to his latest assignment as General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen. With a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant and Travel Administration from University of Massachusetts Amherst in the United States, his 28 year career in the hotel industry has taken him to some of the best global chains' properties in Hong Kong and London, bringing along with him a wealthy hotel operations experience. This combined with a sharp business acumen, an engaging personality that is customer centric and his fluency in the English, Cantonese and Mandarin languages makes Arthur the perfect choice for the job as the company plants its 8th flag in Greater China.
