Paul Scott has been appointed as Complex General Manager at Hilton New Orleans Riverside and the DoubleTree by Hilton New Orleans

Scott will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the two hotels located at the epicenter of all great New Orleans attractions including the French Quarter, the Audubon Aquarium of the Americas and Riverwalk Marketplace. A hospitality leader with extensive operational and management capabilities, Scott joins the New Orleans team with more than 35 years of hotel experience. The psychology and education major began his hospitality career in 1977 with Hyatt Hotels & Resorts where he spent much of his career in the rooms division before becoming general manager in 1990 at the Hyatt Edgewater in Long Beach, California. From 1996 to 1999, Scott worked with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts before joining Westin as regional vice president of field operations. With extensive experience in areas of revenue, profitability, guest satisfaction and team building, Scott continued with Westin as vice president of brand operations and vice president of food and beverage for North America. In 2009, he joined the Swan and Dolphin in Orlando, Florida as General Manager, his most recent position.
