Annie Wang
Annie is responsible for hotel market studies and financial feasibility studies, operator selection, hotel evaluations, and performance reviews in the hotel consulting business for HVS throughout China. She has hotel development experience in Beijing, Tianjin, Jiangxi, Hunan, Fujian, Shaanxi, Shanxi, Jiangsu, Sichuan, Yunnan and Mongolia. Prior to joining HVS, Annie worked for CBRE as the Director of Hotels and before this, Horwath HTL. Annie also worked with the Educational Institute of The American Hotel & Lodging Association as Project Director. She is a graduate of the University of Surrey in England.
