Gindo Sianturi has been appointed as the new General Manager of U Paasha Seminyak Bali, effective 24 June 2013.
Gindo, an Indonesian national, who graduated from hotel school in Switzerland, started his career with the Oberoi group in Bali.
After several years with Oberoi, he spent time at the Hyatt in Yogyakarta before then moving to the Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor in Cambodia.
He was part of the pre-opening team at the award-winning Four Seasons Tented Camp in Chiang Rai, and thereafter an internal transfer followed to the Four Seasons Nevis in the Caribbean.
Returning to Asia he worked at the Andaman Hotel in Langkawi in Malaysia before returning back to Indonesia to work at the InterContinental Resort and Hotel in Bali.
His last assignment prior to joining Absolute Hotel Services as General Manager for U Paasha Seminyak Bali was executive assistant manager at Ayodya Resort in Bali.
