Commencing in 2011 as Swissôtel Sydney’s Director of Sales and Marketing, Ross bought with him over 30 years experience in the hospitality and travel industries having worked for internationally established brands including Marriott, Mirvac, Parkroyal, InterContinental and Crowne Plaza hotels. Adding another dimension to his valued contribution to Swissôtel Sydney, Ross has been appointed as Executive Assistant Manager of the 5 star hotel. During the absence of a General Manager, Ross will provide strategic direction and support to the Executive team members and Department heads of all departments of the Sydney CBD based hotel. In addition, in his position as Director of Sales and Marketing, Ross will continue to manage the hotel’s Sales and Marketing teams, overseeing the hotels marketing initiatives and sales strategies.
