Delphine Maillard has been appointed as Director of Food and Beverage at Jumeirah Carlton Tower

Hailing from France, Delphine joins Jumeirah Carlton Tower with over fifteen years of experience, having held a variety of roles including Restaurant Manager, Event Operations Manager and Food and Beverage Manager before advancing to the position of Food and Beverage Director in 2008. Delphine has worked at renowned restaurants and hotels, including Le Gavroche, The Gleneages Hotel, The Westin Dubai and most recently, Kurumba Maldives. In her new role, Delphine will oversee all operations at the hotel, including The Rib Room Bar & Restaurant, Chinoiserie, The Club Room and banqueting, ensuring exceptional dining experiences continue to be enjoyed by all guests at the luxurious Jumeirah Carlton Tower.
