Prior to joining Hilton London Islington, Hardy spent ten years working at numerous Hilton Hotels & Resorts properties across the globe and, for the last five years, has been director of business development at London Hilton on Park Lane, where she recently oversaw the commemoration of the landmark property's 50th anniversary. In Hardy's last four commercial roles as director of business development with Hilton, she has gained valuable insight into different cultures and business practises in the upscale full service market, working in London as well as the Middle East and Asia. Before joining Hilton Worldwide, Hardy started her career as a graduate trainee manager at Royal Scot Hotel in Edinburgh, and then gained experience with Marriott Hotels. With a background in all areas of hotel sales and operations, she has covered a range of sectors including front office, reservations, housekeeping, leisure management and food and beverage management. During her time in sales and revenue, she also worked in the conference, corporate, entertainment, exhibition and travel trade markets, both on-property and regionally.
