The Fairmont San Jose, an 805-room luxury hotel in the heart of Silicon Valley, proudly announces the appointment of Christopher Pageaud as Food & Beverage Director. Pageaud, who after 10 years of working at sister Fairmont properties officially began his new appointment in April of this year. During his tenure at The Fairmont San Francisco as Food & Beverage Manager, Christopher oversaw 200 colleagues and was applauded for garnering revenue increases of 7% YOY. Prior to this post, he spent a number of years at The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, where he held progressive positions including Director of Restaurants.
