Jerome Luciani has been appointed as General Manager at Hilton Santa Fe Mexico

Jerome Luciani
Luciani most recently served as general manager, Hilton Villahermosa & Conference Center. During his nearly three years as general manager of this 220-room conference hotel, Luciani led the team in successfully improving results and securing a number of Hilton Worldwide awards, including the 2011 Americas Full-Service Hotel of the Year Award. With more than 20 years in the hospitality industry, Luciani began his career in service training at a historic hotel in Porquerolles, France. Before his move to Mexico to take on a role as hotel division manager for a hotel and restaurant equipment supplier, Luciani gained operations, as well as food and beverage experience at a number of hotels throughout Europe. After a few years in Mexico, Luciani completed a stint as operations manager for a catering firm in Cyprus and returned to the country he would call home to act as food and beverage director at a well-known Cancun resort. In 2004, he joined Hilton Worldwide as director of food and beverage at the former Hilton Cancun Golf & Spa Resort, where he remained until his move to Villahermosa.
