Dorsett Hospitality International has announced the appointment of Jasmin Lim as the general manager of Dorsett Cheras, its newest mid-scale hotel which will open in first quarter 2014. Lim has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry and travel agency sales. Lim is set to lay the foundations for Dorsett Cheras’ pre-opening activities and strategic business planning. Once the hotel is fully operational next year, she will also oversee the overall operations and performance of hotel. Prior to joining Dorsett Cheras, she was the general manager of Vivatel Kuala Lumpur; worked with Radius International Hotel, Kuala Lumpur; Pulai Springs Resort Berhad and Equatorial Bangi in Putrajaya, Malaysia.
