Hampton by Hilton London Gatwick Airport North Terminal has appointed Simon Fordham as general manager. Simon brings a wealth of hospitality experience to his new role, which includes periods of airport hotel experience at Exeter International Airport and Gatwick. Prior to joining Hampton by Hilton London Gatwick Airport North Terminal, Simon was general manager at Hampton by Hilton Exeter International Airport. During his time in Exeter, Simon launched the 120-bed hotel, in May 2013, to business and leisure travellers, positioning the hotel as one of Exeter’s leading venues. Simon also has previous general manager experience at Premier Inn hotels in High Wycombe and Gatwick, as well as overseeing operations across numerous TGI Friday outlets.
