Prior to joining Hampton by Hilton London Waterloo, Faycal spent three years as general manager at Hampton by Hilton Derby City Centre. As part of the pre-opening team, he had overall responsibility for the recruitment and setup of team structure, training, logistics and implementation, as well as overseeing all aspects of property management. Before joining Hilton Worldwide, Faycal worked as general manager at Holiday Inn Express Milton Keynes. He also gained experience in positions including assistant general manager at Ibis Hotel London Luton Airport, and assistant general manager at Ibis Hotel Wellingborough.

Faycal Bennani is an alumnus of Sheffield Hallam University – Class of 2014.
