Paul Borg has been appointed as general manager for Hotel Indigo Newcastle and its Marco Pierre White Steakhouse restaurant . Borg, who has 15 years’ experience in the hospitality sector, assumes overall responsibility for the boutique Hotel Indigo Newcastle and its 100- seater Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill. Commenting on his appointment, Borg said: “I’m delighted to join the management team at Interstate’s Hotel Indigo Newcastle, and look forward to continuing to fulfil and exceed customer expectations at this popular city centre hotel and restaurant.”
