A German native, Fitjer has more than 20 years of experience at international hotel chains in Asia, Australia and the US. Most recently, Sven was executive assistant manager, Food & Beverage at the Sheraton on the Park Hotel in Sydney, Australia. In his new role, Sven will oversee the beachfront resort’s operations, reporting to managing director, Helmut Pluecker.

Sven Fitjer is an alumnus of Hotelfachschule Heidelberg – Class of 2000.
