As part of the De Vere Hotels and Village Urban Resorts’ mission to improve the customer’s dining and drinking experience; Anthony Davies has been appointed Food & Beverage Director. Anthony joins De Vere with over 20 years experience in the food & beverage industry. Anthony has a wealth of knowledge in both the B2B and B2C markets holding senior roles within the contract catering sector including Commercial Director at Restaurant Associates, the Executive Dining arm of Compass Group. Anthony’s previous experience also includes time spent in retail based premium pub dining and health club sectors.
