Bringing more than 20 years of industry experience in leadership and hospitality roles, Zinn oversees all the food and beverage operations at the luxury resort, including three food and beverage outlets, in-room dining, catering services, meetings, and more. Most recently, Zinn served as the assistant director of food and beverage at New York Hilton Midtown in New York City. There he was nominated for the Hilton Excellence in Leadership Award three years in a row. Prior to that, Zinn was operating partner at Daryl Wine Bar & Restaurant, an upscale retail wine shop in New Brunswick, NJ. He has also held various management roles at other top dining outlets in New York and London.
